The central plant consists of electric heat pumps and chillers.
Red Car Analytics -will provide LEED fundamental and enhanced commissioning and Title 24 commissioning. The systems commissioned will include: HVAC, interior lighting and controls, building automation system, water and BTU meters, domestic and laboratory water, laboratory ventilation and exhaust, laboratory process, and solar PV.
