The project consists of a two-story public library. The building utilizes a decoupled ventilation and space conditioning system: DOAS and in-slab radiant served by custom heat pump as well as LED lighting with daylighting controls. The building is designed to be zero net energy using onsite solar PV.

Red Car Analytics provided LEED fundamental and enhanced commissioning and Title 24 commissioning. The systems commissioned included: HVAC, interior lighting and controls, domestic hot water, irrigation controls, building automation system, and solar PV.

Michele Sagehorn began commissioning work for this project while at Guttmann and Blaevoet and is completing the work with Red Car Analytics as a subcontractor.
